In just a few minutes you can turn your favorite nut (or oat) into delicious plant-based milk for the entire family to enjoy!

Here’s just how simple it is to make your own plant-based milk: Choose your base of choice (almond, oat, hemp heart, coconut, soy & beyond), add water, plus a dash of salt and there you have it!

Simply add 1 scoop of preferred nuts. A singular nut, seed or grain will do – or a blend!

Fill the Nutr Machine with water between min and max line, based on your preference of creaminess and quantity.

Choose the temperature (hot, warm, room temp) and blend for a few minutes! To remove pulp, pour milk through the provided strainer – or enjoy your milk with the nutritious pulp!

Unique heat & blend settings

Room Temperature

Looking for a non-heated option? This is it! Great for creating milks to be enjoyed cold or at room temp. Make sure to use cold filtered water for desired chilled temperature to be enjoyed immediately. Perfect for oat milk lovers, done in 2 minutes!

Warm

This setting is best for creating warm milks, excellent for coffee milks & creamers to keep hot beverages hot! Reaching 140F / 60C, this setting can be used for a wide variety of plant-based milks, including almond, walnut, cashew, hemp, flaxseed and more. Ready in about 5 minutes!

Hot

A signature setting, bringing temperatures up to 212F / 100C while blending. Often used for soy milk and rice milk creations – the Nutr Machine will boil and continuously blend within a max time of 15 - 20 minutes.Note: soy milk needs to reach this temperature in order to be safely consumed.

Nutr Machine FAQs

Absolutely! You can use any nut, seed or grain to create a milk varietal. Or mix and match your favorites! Some of our go-to’s:
- Almond 
- Cashew 
- Oat 
- Soybean (which must be done on the Hot setting)
- Coconut
- Walnut
- Rice
- Hemp
- Flax
- Sesame
- Mung bean
- Peanut

With the Nutr Machine, it is not necessary! The blade and motor inside are very powerful, so you can enjoy rich nut milk without any hassle. However, if you do want to pre-soak your nuts for an even creamier and frothier milk, Nutr 2.0 does have a timed pre-soak function, to add your nuts up to 18 hours before you blend! It’s all based on preference.

The Nutr Machine has 3 heat settings: room temp, warm and hot. These 3 settings can be selected while blending your ingredients. The machine also features a boil and keep warm functions. Lastly, there is an auto-clean setting for easy clean-up!

There is a small amount of pulp after each blend, you can choose to drink the pulp (very nutritious!) or without. You can even use and repurpose the pulp for additional recipes. If you choose to filter out the pulp, we have provided an external strainer in the kit along with the Nutr Machine, so you can use it with any cup to enjoy pulp-free plant milk!

Yes, you can! We have a variety of fun beverage and smoothie recipes available on our Recipes page for inspiration. Get creative with hot and cold recipes, and with the water boil feature - this can be used as an alternative to an electric tea kettle!
