Shipping & Return Policy
The following shipping and return policy (“Policy”) governs your ordering of all products from the website https://thenutr.com/ operated by Turk Industries, LLC d/b/a Nutr (“Nutr” or “we” or “our” or “us”). By placing an order for a product on the website, you agree to the terms herein.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once you place the order for a product, we will process your order as under the following conditions.
**NOTE Due to shipping delays pre-orders will ship the week of 12/6 and open orders are expected to ship by mid December 2021***
Typical shipping & handling takes 6-10 business days.
- We may process orders also on Saturday and Sunday or any public holiday in the United States.
- We will be able to ship the product to the delivery address specified by you after we process your order.
- We currently partner with multiple carrier services.
- The product will be delivered as under once the order processing is complete:
6-10 business days (within the USA)
15-21 business days (outside the USA)
- The time taken for delivery is dependent on your destination and the shipping method. We currently deliver to the following countries:
- We may add or modify the above list of countries. You are advised to contact us prior to placing an order if you are based at an international location that is different from the above countries.
- We may also provide expedited shipping in certain cases and you are advised to contact us for any information regarding this.
- We will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that your shipment is delivered on time. However, note that all the order processing and shipping timelines stated herein are mere estimations and we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive at your place by the stated time herein. The shipment may be delayed due to unexpected occurrences beyond our control including acts of God such as including but not limited to changes to law or regulations, embargoes, war, terrorism, acts or omissions of third-party service providers including carriers, lockdowns, epidemics, riots, earthquakes, floods, weather conditions, or any other causes beyond our control. You may experience certain delays in the processing and delivery of shipments due to the COVID-19 situation.
- International shipments are subject to shipping charges that will be specified when you place the order.
- For international shipments, you are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes and levies imposed by local authorities and for complying with any applicable laws, and restrictions relating to the import of the products, and we are not responsible for the same. We are not responsible for the delayed delivery of shipments due to customs issues.
- We will send an email confirmation with the shipment tracking number and order details to you once the order has been shipped.
- We do not ship to PO Box addresses. For the purposes of security, we may require that an adult person sign at the time of delivery.
- We are not responsible for an incorrect address provided by you that leads to the delayed delivery or non-delivery. We do not have the ability to change the delivery address once the product has been shipped from our end.
- Once the ordered products are handed over to the carrier for shipping, the risk of loss and title for the products will pass to you.
CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUND
- All online store purchases are final. However, you may cancel the order within an hour after the purchase. We will refund you the entire price subject to terms herein. Outside the one-hour period, any cancellation requests will not be honored. Pre-order purchases are not eligible for cancellation. For canceling the order, you will need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If we are unable to ship the products after you place the order due to a restriction imposed by applicable law, we will refund you the entire value of the product.
- If the shipment is returned due to an incomplete or wrong address, we will refund the cost of the product only and not the shipping fee.
- We provide a return window as below within which you may return the product: 30 days from the delivery date as reported in the courier's website (US/Canada shipments). The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Warranty: We will issue a full refund by product replacement if you have received a product that has a manufacturing defect or the product does not match the description provided by us subject to terms herein. This Warranty extends 90 days after shipment.
- Upon report of the issue, Nutr will provide a return shipping label to cover return shipping. Please contact us at email@example.com
- Returned items must be received and inspected prior to the issue of a replacement item. The item may be new or in a newly refurbished condition.
- Any order refunds will not be issued, only replacement products.
- If you return the product, you should ensure that the product is returned in the same condition in its original packaging along with all the product documentation, tags labels, branded packaging, accessories if any intact. The sales receipt/invoice shall be accompanied by the product being returned. The product must be unused and there should be no tampering of any serial numbers stated on the product.
- We may provide partial refunds determined at our discretion for any product that you returned is opened/used by you but the product is in good condition.
- Only when we receive the product as per the terms herein and we perform a verification of the product being returned, we will issue a full refund and the refund amount will be reflected under your original payment method within 14 business days. The original shipping charges will not be refunded except in case of international shipments which are paid by the customer.
- For international product returns, please clearly mark on the outside "Returned Goods" to avoid import duty. Any import duty paid by us will be deducted from the refund credited to you.
- We may impose any cancellation fee.
- We process the refund only from Monday-Friday excluding any public holidays in Columbus, Ohio.
- We also offer an exchange on the products purchased. Therefore, if you intend to exchange a product, you should inform us of your intention by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org and thereafter return the product. The exchanged product sent to you will be subject to the same terms of delivery and shipping as stated herein.
- You are advised to send the product returns by a reputable carrier with proper packaging to ensure the protection of the product during transit. We are not responsible for shipping charges, customs duties for such returns, or for any products that are damaged upon return or missed during transit.
- If you intend to initiate a return or exchange for the product purchased, please contact us at email@example.com first. We will ask for information including but not limited to your name, order number, contact details, and reason for return.
- We reserve the right to reject items that are ineligible for return, and/or to assess an additional return fee. Products ineligible for return include items that are damaged due to improper care or use and items for which a return has not been authorized
In no instance will the liability of Nutr exceed the retail value.
We may update this Policy from time to time and you are advised to check the website regularly for any updates. To the extent permitted under applicable law, your act of ordering any product constitutes your agreement to the amended Policy.
