The protein found in soy milk is healthy, plant-based, and can help support healthy muscles and organs. Soy milk is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are “healthy” fats that your body cannot form on its own!
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp dried yellow soybeans, rinsed
- 1-2 dates
- Pinch of salt
Pour water to the max line, press “Hot” mode (Soy milk must be cooked using the hot setting on the Nutr to reach a 212F temperature). Once the machine has run, strain and let cool as the mixture will be very hot! Enjoy warm or place in the fridge to cool.
