Refund Policy
We appreciate your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By checking the "I have read and agree to the Refund Policy" box at checkout, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following two conditions:
1. Damaged During Shipping If your item arrived damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photographs or video of the damaged packaging and the product itself
- Your order number and proof of purchase
Claims submitted after the 48-hour window will not be accepted. Failure to report damage within this timeframe constitutes acknowledgment that the item was received in acceptable condition.
2. Unused Product Within 7 Days You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the product meets all of the following criteria:
- The appliance has never been powered on or operated
- There are no signs of use including but not limited to: water residue, food particles, odors, scratches, scuff marks, or fingerprints on internal components
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and protective materials are intact and undamaged
- All factory seals, stickers, and labels remain in place and unbroken
Our products are kitchen appliances that come into direct contact with food and water. Once an appliance has been used — even a single time — it cannot be resold and is therefore not eligible for return. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items and deny refunds for products showing any evidence of use.
Items NOT Eligible for Return
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Items purchased on sale, with a discount code, or during a promotional event
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (including Nutr bases & blends)
- Bundled or kit items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Items returned without prior authorization
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at nutrstore@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photographs of the item and its packaging in current condition
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Do not ship any item back without receiving written return authorization from us. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
- Shipping-damaged items: We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
- Unused item returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all non-damage-related returns. This covers inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days (less any applicable restocking fee and original shipping costs).
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at nutrstore@gmail.com.
- Denied refunds: If inspection reveals signs of use, damage not consistent with shipping, missing components, or any condition that does not meet our return criteria, the return will be denied. You will be notified and may request the item to be shipped back to you at your expense within 30 days. After 30 days without a response, the item will be disposed of.
Product Descriptions & Specifications
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate and complete. We encourage all customers to carefully review product details — including dimensions, capacity, materials, power supply options, and intended use — before completing a purchase. Our milk maker is a household kitchen appliance designed for preparing plant-based beverages and is described as such on our product page.
If you believe there is a discrepancy between what was described and what you received, please contact us at nutrstore@gmail.com with photographs and a detailed explanation within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the matter promptly.
Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any issues directly with our customers in a fair and timely manner. Before initiating a dispute, chargeback, or claim with your bank or credit card provider, you agree to contact us first at nutrstore@gmail.com and allow us up to 7 business days to investigate and resolve the matter.
We maintain detailed records for every order, including confirmation of your agreement to this policy at checkout, product photographs taken prior to shipment, shipping tracking and delivery confirmation, and all customer communications. These records are submitted as evidence in the event of a payment dispute.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us may result in the dispute being challenged with full supporting documentation.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
