Coconut Matcha

Sweeten up your Matcha with this recipe, you won't go back!...

Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsps shredded, unsweetened coconut
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsps vegan sugar / 2 pitted dates
  • 1 tsp Matcha
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup hot water

In a bowl, whisk together the ¼ cup of hot water, with the matcha, and lemon juice until combined. Set aside.

Add the shredded coconut, 1 cup of water, and sugar to the Nutr machine. Press the No-heat button, and let it run until it’s done.

Pour the Coconut Milk through a strainer into a cup. Fill a cup with ice, add the coconut mylk, then pour the match blend on top. 

Makes 8 fluid ounces.
