Coconut Matcha Recipe

Matcha lovers will absolutely fawn over this refreshing twist on the classic drink! Try this coconut matcha recipe, we promise you won't go back!
- 6 tbsps shredded, unsweetened coconut
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsps vegan sugar / 2 pitted dates
- 1 tsp Matcha
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup hot water
In a bowl, whisk together the ¼ cup of hot water, with the matcha, and lemon juice until combined. Set aside.
Add the shredded coconut, 1 cup of water, and sugar to the Nutr machine. Run through one "Room Temp" cycle.
Pour the Coconut Milk through a strainer into a cup. Fill a cup with ice, add the coconut milk, then pour the match blend on top. Enjoy your coconut matcha!
