Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup cooked eggplant
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup water
  • Dash of smoked paprika to garnish 

 

Add eggplant, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and water to your Nutr Machine and run through one "Room Temp" cycle. Pour into a small dipping bowl and sprinkle with smoked paprika as desired. Serve, and enjoy your babaganoush!
