Banana Coconut Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

January calls for comfort food, and this Banana Coconut Chia Pudding is the ultimate snack! Quick, easy, and healthy - what more could you ask for?!

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp raw almonds
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 fresh banana
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Sliced banana & coconut shreds to garnish

Add the almonds, honey, banana, and water to the Nutr Machine and blend on "Room Temp", then strain. Grab two small glasses or jars. Pour half the almond milk to each glass and add the chia seeds. Stir and refrigerate until set, at least 20 minutes, or overnight. Top with banana slices and toasted coconut shreds, and enjoy your Banana Coconut Chia Seed Pudding!
