Dairy-Free Peppermint Mocha Recipe

Christmas in a cup! Enjoy this dairy-free peppermint mocha after your Christmas Dinner to really top off the day in full holiday spirit!
- 2 tbsp cashews
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
Add all ingredients to the Nutr Machine and fill with water to the max line. Run through one “Warm” cycle and pour your dairy-free peppermint mocha into a mug. Top with an espresso shot and dairy-free whipped cream! Delicious!
