Sure, you've probably heard of sesame milk before. But have you ever tried black sesame milk?! Sesame milk is often marketed with white sesame seeds, but this homemade black sesame milk recipe is just as delectable and even higher in calcium, potassium, copper, iron and manganese than it's lighter counterpart!
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or 1-2 pitted dates
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup water
Add all ingredients to the Nutr Machine and run through one "Room Temp" cycle. Strain as desired and pour into your favorite glass. Serve and enjoy your homemade black sesame milk!
