Homemade Soy Creamer Recipe

Let's get back to basics! Soy is one of the most common dairy alternatives, and this Homemade Soy Creamer Recipe is sure to show you why!  With its supreme nutrient profile and irresistibly creamy texture, soy creamers offer numerous health benefits like reducing the risk of heart disease, lowering cholesterol, and even reducing the risk of cancer.
 
Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp dried yellow soybeans
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup water 

 

Add all ingredients to the Nutr Machine and run through one "Hot" cycle. Soy creamer must be run on the "Hot" setting to ensure it reaches a boiling temperature and is safe for consumption. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes, strain, and pour the homemade soy creamer into your coffee. Enjoy!
